Construction.
Only the highest quality materials.
Stage Plus Flight Cases are prepared to a high quality Industry standard with a robust construction out of specially sourced 6mm, 9mm or 12mm phenolic laminated European birch plywood, the highest quality Penn Elcom Hardware and structural grade (8062-T6) aluminium extrusion.
Our specially sourced European Birch plywood is overlaid with a black phenol film on both surfaces. The top surface has a hexagon pattern and the reverse surface is smooth.

The surface has a high wear resistance, decorative appearance, weather and water-proof, and resists commonly used chemicals. The surface is also easy to clean, environmentally friendly and hygienic.

Artwork.
The appropriate artwork must be supplied in vector .eps / .cdr / .ai format for the best results. If you cannot supply a vector format, send a hi-res jpeg or pdf, and we’ll redesign the artwork, extra charges may be applied.

Virtual Cases.
From CAD to production.
All our flight cases are carefully designed beforehand in 3D cad software, to avoid constant correction to the physical build and guarantee customer satisfaction. All our designs are sent to you for approval before commencing production.
Colour Cases.
Colour code you cases.
We have 5 colour options within the colour case range.
This is great for colour coding you gear within our cases. eg. yellow cases could be used for rigging, Blue Cases could be used for video and visual products. In the end its your choice.

Stage Plus lightweight cases incorporate Flight Panel™, a lightweight polypropylene board and a heavy duty Flight Panel™, with toughened surface for trunks and larger cases. The heavy duty flight panel reduces case weight by 40%. The new lightweight range of cases also includes a unique ABS flip handle from Penn Elcom.
